Management Approach

Based on 5 years of work experience in various working environments I established Blue Cube in 1999 aiming provide a professional design activity and industrial design in particular.
Just like painting and drawing witch "concern" was the main motivation to create artworks, I felt the lack of identity and character in Iranian organizations cause a vague and shattered image of them in the marketplace. In such a kind of situation the design will have no effect nor send a proper message to its audiences. Hence we managed to develop branding department in 2009.
In my opinion just do the work is different to achieve the best result of spending time and resource.
Time is limited and we have a lot to do. Everyone should do his/her best to meliorate everything possible

Our main approaches toward the future of blue cube are as follow:

  1. Emphasis on correction of work culture (responsibility,seriousness and perspicuity)
  2. Rectification customer's elicitations to consider the research based concept and design as motivation of corporate value and eventually an upgraded brand image.
  3. Identity creation for companies and organizations to adjust internal and external aspects in line with brand Requirements.
  4. Particular consideration to science and research in all procedures.
  5. Providing professional context for serious and motivated creative talents and young designers.
  6. Optimizing design education system.
